SOFIA, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- Dina Averina of Russia won the individual all-around gold medal at the 36th FIG rhythmic gymnastics world championship here on Friday.
Averina gained 81.450 points, followed by Linoy Ashram of Israel with 79.700, while Aleksandra Soldatova of Russia took the bronze with 79.175.
Dina Averina won also the gold medals in the individual hoop, ball and clubs events, and together with her teammates grabbed the team competition title.
The groups will compete on Saturday and Sunday.
More than 350 athletes from 61 countries and regions participated in the seven-day championship, which kicked off in Arena Armeec Hall on Monday. Enditem
