SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir, March 29 (Xinhua) -- Two militants were killed Friday in a fierce gunfight with government forces in restive Indian-controlled Kashmir, police said.
Reports said five troops were wounded fighting these militants.
The gunfight between militants and government forces broke out in village Sutusu Kalan of Budgam in the outskirts of Srinagar city, the summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.
On Thursday three militants were killed in two separate gunfights in the region.
Authorities have suspended mobile Internet service in the district.
